Refund & Exchange Policy
Goen Cinemas ("Goen Cinemas") and Internet Ticketing Systems, Inc. (dba “Exhibitor Benefits”) provide this Refund & Exchange Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding refunds for purchases made through our ticketing services (referred to as “Exhibitor Benefits Services”), including our website located at diamondticketing.com and any of its subdomains (“Site”) and any other services offered by Exhibitor Benefits in connection with one of the Exhibitor Benefits Services or the Site (any and all of the foregoing Exhibitor Benefits Services). This Refund & Exchange Policy applies only to purchases that you make through the Exhibitor Benefits Services.
- It is our general policy not to issue refunds and exchanges for purchases made via the Exhibitor Benefits Services. Patrons are encouraged to carefully review the details of their order before proceeding with their purchase. Despite this policy, we may elect to, but do not hereby obligate ourselves to, offer you an opportunity to receive a full or partial refund for your purchase, depending upon your individual circumstances.
- For some transactions involving the purchase of tickets online, we may offer the option to purchase ticket insurance at checkout, either through a 3rd party vendor relationship or through our own internal ticket insurance program. Where ticket insurance is offered, we enforce a VERY STRICT "NO REFUND" POLICY. However, if you elect to purchase ticket insurance when it is offered to you, you may be entitled to receive a refund, subject to the terms of the insurance policy you purchased. If this is the case, you will need to contact the policy issuer to receive the contracted refund.
Memberships and Card Loads
- When you purchase a Goen Cinemas flexSpend or other membership through the Exhibitor Benefits Services, these transactions are non-refundable. You may elect to cancel automated renewal of your membership (where applicable) at any time without penalty, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your membership.
When you load money onto a Goen Cinemas flexSpend account or gift card, there are no refunds offered for the money you loaded, except where enforcing such a policy would directly conflict with your local laws.
Requesting a Refund or Exchange
If ticket insurance was not offered for your transaction, and you believe you qualify for a refund or exchange, please contact our support team via e-mail at email@example.com, or alternatively, contact us via telephone at (866) 323-5411.
